The grand finale will be held on May 30th and 31st in Irapuato's Historic Center.

Just a few days before the grand finale of the 14th Guanajuato Traditional Cuisine Encounter ¡Sí Sabe! 2026; the flavor, tradition, and identity of Guanajuato were present in the Jacaranda Garden of the FORUM Cultural Guanajuato, to offer the media a taste of what this culinary gathering will be.

For the Government of the People, headed by Governor Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo, and the Secretariat of Tourism and Identity (SECTURI), this event represents one of the most important platforms for strengthening and preserving the gastronomic heritage of Guanajuato, recognizing the cultural and culinary richness of the different regions of the state.
