THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF GUANAJUATO, Mexico (The Holder)
“The ”Holder" validated and authorized all the content published on the web portal. The contents were granted and approved by the various agencies that make up the State Government.
“The Holder” makes its best effort to publish the correct contents, and is not responsible for failures or omissions by the content presented on the portal in the present or future.
“The Holder shall not be liable for any damages that may be caused by the use of the information provided by the Site. ”The Holder“ does not guarantee the veracity or validity of such information, nor that such information has not been altered after its insertion in the Site.
“The User” acknowledges that neither “the Holder” nor the Information Providers have any control over other sites that may be accessed through links or other telematic linking (the “Linked Sites”). Therefore, neither of them is responsible for the content of the Linked Sites. Although “the Holder” makes its best efforts to control the quality of the links, it warns that the content of the Linked Sites may include obscene or offensive material.

Likewise, the style and presentation of the Site (including color combinations, button shapes, design, layout and all other graphic elements) are also protected and are the property of the Owner. Reproduction of the contents is prohibited without prior written consent of the “Holder”.
2. Copyright: The information contained in the Site is the intellectual property of the “Holder”, the Information Providers or a third party. The information and download materials may only be used for non-commercial purposes. The retransmission or publication of any material is prohibited without the prior written consent of the “Holder”. Where authorized, the User must cite the author and may not modify this material, including the links contained therein.
