In Guanajuato, Leon or Celaya you can eat this original torta stuffed with hard chicharron that sometimes has avocado and boiled egg (optional), but always bathed in a spicy red sauce that leaves no stomach indifferent. It can be easily found in the streets of León and Guanajuato.

Directions:

Fill the bolillos with the chicharrón and top with a little pico de gallo sauce. Close and serve immediately.
