About three hours from Mexico City is one of the most beautiful wineries in the area, LA SANTÍSIMA TRINIDAD, located on the outskirts of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.
Its winery was inaugurated in 2015. This winery surrounded by fields of lavender and olive trees had its first commercial production of approximately 11,000 bottles, then in 2016 increased its production to 20,000 bottles and already in 2018 exceeded 90,000 bottles.
A development that makes us feel as if we were in Tuscany fuses different passions being mainly real estate with agricultural area composed of vineyards, olive trees and lavender, the trilogy of crops that gives rise to the name of La Santísima Trinidad. It also has a boutique hotel, restaurant, polo field, olive workshop, lavender workshop and, of course, a winery.
In October 2017, the Viñedos San Lucas winery was inaugurated with a production capacity of 120,000 bottles per year. With 14 different varieties of grapes for winemaking, in addition to table grapes. The 80% of its wine production are reds, white and rosé wine is also vinified. All our wines are produced in micro vinifications preserving the quality of the product over the quantity.
A boutique wine production. After the alcoholic fermentation process, our red wines are aged in American oak barrels. Its production is directed by the winemaker Mailen Obón from Mendoza, Argentina.
Doing an exceptional and high quality job. La Santísima Trinidad has a total of 7 labels. Ensamble Blanco 2018, Ensamble Rosado 2018, Ensamble Crianza 2018, Merlot Reserva 2017, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2017, Tempranillo Reserva 2017, Malbec Reserva 2018. And in addition to our high quality wines, we produce extra virgin olive oil and lavender essential oil with its derivatives. You can enjoy a complete winemaking experience in our winery tours, workshops, ending with a tasting of three of our wines with local cheeses and olive oil.
