Tour and Wine Tasting: Tour of the production workshops, cellar, olive & lavender workshop and bottle rack, tasting of 3 house wines, 2 red and 1 white, cheese plate - goat, provolone, smoked, camembert and gorgonzola, fresh and dried fruits, olive oil, mesquite honey, grapes in grappa, focaccia and balsamic.
