We are located a short distance from San Miguel de Allende on the high plateau overlooking the city amidst natural surroundings and breathtaking views.
Rancho Xotolar is a working ranch that has belonged to the Morín Ruiz family for over four generations. We are located in the high plateau, 18 kilometers from the center of San Miguel de Allende, in a rural and pristine environment that remains practically untouched by modernization. Our land is adjacent to the newly opened archaeological site of Cañada de la Virgen, a pre-Columbian construction of pyramids and other architectural structures from the central Laja River basin, attributed to Toltec-Chichimec groups from central Mexico.
Here, our guests can experience the authentic cultural life of Mexico, both today and yesterday. They will enjoy spacious open areas, not as tourists, but as members of the Morin family. They will tour the spectacular countryside with breathtaking views and extraordinary landscapes, guided by Thomás and Félix Morin, who will share their extensive knowledge and experience, always keeping your safety in mind.
