“Winemaker and owner, Ulises Ruiz, studied a Masters in Viticulture and Enology in France and Germany. Since his return to Mexico, he has sought to take advantage of the particularities of the region's terroir to make his wines a product of excellence. Today our Canto de Sirenas wines are a clear reality.
We will open our doors in 2019. Our Director of Wine Tourism, Julieta Aguilar, studied a degree in Wine Tourism in Bordeaux, France.
This team that we form today is what creates the essence of Viñedo los Arcángeles, a little piece of heaven on earth where we seek to share the magic of the world of wine with all of you.
Our goal is to transmit this passion that represents us to all the public, for us wine is made to be shared and enjoyed, that is what we want you to experience here. From lovers to experts on the subject, we are interested that you can enjoy our different spaces and we can share our knowledge through a glass of wine or a craft beer in addition to accompanying them with our gastronomic creativity.”
