Its construction began in 1775 in an area near the Valenciana mine and was completed in 1788. Of churrigueresque style in pink quarry stone, its altar and altarpieces are covered with laminated gold. Also known as Templo de la Valenciana, it is dedicated to San Cayetano, confessor and patron saint of miners.
